1. This sample giveaway is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over. Entrants must have a valid Twitter account and email address. Internet connection required.
2. Open 10.00 BST on 16 May 2022 to 17.00 BST on 25 May 2022.
3. How to enter: Cadbury will announce the sample giveaway on the @CadburyUK Twitter channel and individuals who like the Tweet will be prompted to find the Twirl Caramel hidden ad placements. They will also receive additional information and reminders on how to find these placements. To be eligible to claim a Twirl Caramel bar free of charge, individuals will need to find the physical hidden Twirl Caramel ad placements (i.e. posters) and scan the QR code on these OR find hidden Twirl Caramel digital ad placements and click these.. You grant the Promoter and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, republish, share, translate, modify, adapt, distribute and exploit your Campaign Information including your name, image, words and twitter handle and profile photo throughout the universe in perpetuity for any purpose in any and all media now known or hereafter invented and by any means. Notwithstanding the above, this includes but is not limited to distributing your tweet via social media channels, websites, or other publicly available platforms.
8. You acknowledge and understand that you will not receive any remuneration for your contribution in the campaign which will feature in the UK. You may not now or in the future make any claims against the Promoter for use of the campaign information.
9. The Promoter has full discretion over the sample giveaway, and any decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. No responsibility can be taken for tweets which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to Twitter.
11. If there are any bars remaining from this sample giveaway, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate them in a different sampling giveaway OR, to offer a giveaway to the Cadbury database at their own discretion.

15. Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
16. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law.
