
- 200 g self raising flour
- 95 g caster sugar
- 175 g butter
- 1 lemon
- 70 g Cadbury Bournville

Pre heat the oven to 180 °C fan.

Mix the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

Grate 45 g of the Bournville chocolate and zest the lemon, add the grated chocolate and the lemon zest to the mixture.

Sift in the self-raising flour and mix until the biscuit dough is formed.

Line baking trays with non stick baking paper. Divide the mixture into 20 evenly sized balls and place on the trays.

Leave cooking in the oven for around 10–15 mins then remove from the oven and leave them to cool on a wire rack.

Melt the remaining Bournville chocolate and drizzle over the biscuits.
