Kerry Joanne's Quickly Does It Cadbury Mousse Recipe
- 150 g Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 240 ml double cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 g Cadbury Dairy Milk (shaved)

Melt the Cadbury Dairy Milk in the microwave in 30 secs intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, whisk the double cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until fully combined and fluffy.

Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 5 mins.

Garnish with chocolate shavings after being refrigerated.
