- 250 g Cadbury Dairy Milk (chopped)

- 60 g Cadbury Bournville Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g light brown sugar
- 100 g icing sugar
- 125 g Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 60 g Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel
- 3 large eggs
- 60 g plain flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

Preheat oven to 180 °C (160 °C fan, gas mark 4). Line a 20x20 cm tin with parchment paper.

Make the cookie layer: mix flour, bicarbonate of soda, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until fluffy (2–3 mins).

Stir in dry ingredients and chocolate chips until just combined.

Make the brownie layer: brown the butter by melting over medium-low heat, stirring every 10 secs, until it turns golden brown (6–8 mins).

Transfer to a bowl and mix with cocoa powder, oil, vanilla, and chopped chocolate.

In another bowl, whisk eggs and brown sugar (5–6 mins), then add icing sugar and mix.

Combine with the cooled butter mixture, then fold in flour and chocolate chips.

Layer cookie and brownie batters in the pan. Bake for 50–55 mins, until edges are golden and the centre is slightly fudgy.
