- 300 ml double cream
- 180 g Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 80 g Cadbury Crunchie

Reserve 6–8 squares of the Cadbury Dairy Milk and keep in the fridge

Break up the remaining Cadbury Dairy Milk and put in a glass bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted

While the chocolate is melting, mix the mascarpone and double cream in a large bowl. Combine until just mixed, don’t over mix

When the chocolate has melted, pour it into the mascarpone mix

Fold in with a spatula until fully combined

Divide the mixture between 6 dessert bowls or ramekins
- 7
Grate the reserved chocolate and break up the Cadbury Crunchie bars so you have a mix of crumbs and small bite size pieces and sprinkle over the desserts

Put the ramekins in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight
