
- 80 g bulking spread
- 130 g caster sugar
- 125 ml milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 g self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 bananas (approx. 200g)
- 150 g Cadbury Mini Eggs (Chopped)
- 100 g Cadbury Dairy Milk (Melted for Decorating)

Preheat your oven to gas mark 5 / 190 °C.

In a large bowl whisk the butter and sugar together until combined. Add in your milk, vanilla and eggs and whisk until fully combined.

Mash your banana and add this to your large bowl, whisk until combined.

Fold through your dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, bicarb, salt and Cadbury Mini Eggs).

Line a 12 hole muffin tin with 12 muffin cases. Using an ice-cream scoop (or spoons) divide the batter equally into 12 cases.

Bake your muffins for 20 mins.

Melt some Cadbury Dairy Milk and drizzle over your banana muffins (I use a piping bag but you could use a spoon), then sprinkle on some crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
