
- 80 g chocolate spread
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 100 g light brown sugar
- 75 g caster sugar
- 300 g plain flour
- 0.25 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 0.25 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 100 g Cadbury Dairy Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6/200°C/180°C fan

Scoop 12 teaspoons of chocolate spread. Place in the freezer for 30–60 mins until frozen

Mix together the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and caster sugar
- 4
Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix together. Add in the flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder. Mix until a cookie dough is formed

Chop up the Cadbury Dairy Milk bar into little chunks and mix into the cookie dough

Take the chocolate spread out of the freezer. Wrap the cookie dough around the frozen chocolate spread and roll it into a ball in your hand

Place cookies into a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 15 mins

Take out of the oven and leave to cool slightly to firm up
