HOW TO CLAIM: If on opening your egg or multipack, you find that you have found one of the half milk chocolate half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Eggs, then call the phone number that is printed on the ticket under the foil on the winning unit between 09:00 to 17:00 to find out how to claim your prize. Keep this ticket as we will require it to validate your claim. Prize value will be stated on winning ticket. When you call, you will be asked to answer a series of verification questions including the unique code on the ticket, the retailer it was purchased from, the date and location of purchase and your email address. You will then receive a link to a winner portal where you will be asked to complete an online form with your details (full name, email address, mobile number, county, postcode, the date you purchased your Creme Egg, the retailer where you made your purchase, the town of the retailer and your bank account details). 10. Once eligibility of a prize is confirmed and is accepted, it will be paid as a cheque or bank transfer to the chosen bank account of the verified winner. Please allow 28 days for fulfilment or despatch. 2. The promotion distribution period begins at 00.01 on 26 December 2023 and closes at 23.59 on 31 March 2024 (the ‘Promotion Period’).

3. All claims must be made by 5pm BST on 31 May 2024 (the ‘Claim by Date’).

4. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

5. Purchase is necessary. A telephone and a valid UK bank account will be required to claim the prize.

6. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, purchase a Cadbury Creme Egg from any Cineworld advertising the promotion in-store during the Promotion Period. A half milk chocolate half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Egg will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst stocks of single regular Cadbury Creme Eggs under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

7. HOW TO CLAIM: If on opening your egg, you find that you have found one of the half milk chocolate half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Eggs, then call the phone number that is printed on the ticket under the foil on the winning unit between 09:00 and 17:00 to find out how to claim your prize. Keep this ticket as we will require it to validate your claim. Prize value will be stated on winning ticket. When you call, you will be asked to answer a series of verification questions including the unique code on the ticket, the date and location of purchase and your email address. You will then receive a link to a winner portal where you will be asked to complete an online form with your details (full name, email address, mobile number, county, postcode, the date you purchased your Creme Egg, where you made your purchase from and your bank account details). If entrants are unable to pass the verification checks, it will be to the discretion of the Promoter as to whether a prize is issued. All Prize winners may be subject to a background check for PR purposes. This is not a condition of prize acceptance and you can refuse to do so.

8. Transferability of winning ticket:The winning ticket must not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including on online auction sites. If the Promoter becomes aware that a winning ticket has been made available for sale, bought or sold, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to redeem the winning ticket without payment of compensation to the entrant who submits the relevant winning ticket for verification as a valid win.

9. The winning Egg has been made available to be won in a fair and random process, overseen for your complete confidence by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.

10. The Prize:There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x £1,000 Cash.

11. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

Prizes will be awarded via BACS.
Winners must have a valid UK registered bank account.
Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.

12. Once eligibility of the Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, if you are a winner, you will be notified within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange delivery of the Prize. In the unlikely event that your Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of Prize Acceptance, you will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing CremeEgg2024@promowinners.com. In the event that the winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.

13. Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winner will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to JS13742 Cadbury Creme Egg Cineworld, PO Box 704, Pinner HA5 9PF within 3 months of the Claim by Date. The winner may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

14. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserve the right at any point to:

Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information the Promoter considers reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

16.The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute the Prize for another of equal or greater value.

17. No responsibility can be taken for entries or winning claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the claim page.

18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS13742) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

19. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.

21. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

23. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

24. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
