Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Line a large baking sheet.

Break the Cadbury Dairy Milk into a bowl and either zap in the microwave on 30 second bursts, stirring between until melted, or place the bowl over a pan of hot water and stir until melted.

Have the pastry sheet ready and pour the chocolate over, spreading evenly but avoiding the very edge. Roll up like a swiss roll. Cut slices approx 1cm thick and place on a lined baking sheet.

Add chocolate sprinkles or flaked almonds if desired. Bake approx 6–7 minutes.
