To make the ice cream:
Put the cream, condensed milk and vanilla bean paste in a bowl and beat until the mixture stands up in medium peaks. Fold the Creme Eggs into the mixture. Transfer to a freezer-proof container, cover and leave in the freezer until frozen.
Cut 3 Cadbury Flake Bars into thirds to make 9 mini Flakes, setting aside 8 for later. Crumble the leftover mini Flake and whole Flake into a bowl.
Place the chopped Dairy Milk bar in a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water.
Dip the waffle cones in melted chocolate, before sprinkling with the crumbled Flake. Place upright in a mug or glass and leave to set. If not serving immediately, store in an airtight container.
Fill each cone with ice cream scoops and stick a mini Flake in the top.

Cadbury Flake Bar Chocolate Multipack (4 x 25.6 g)
100 g bar Cadbury Dairy Milk , chopped into small pieces
8 waffle cones
