• Set aside 8 Mini Eggs. Then use a rolling pin to smash the rest (inside a bag) into ‘confetti’ pieces. Tip into a bowl and set aside.
  • Place the chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave or over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally.
  • Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking parchment. Spoon 16 tablespoons of the melted chocolate onto the paper and place a biscuit stick, with the chocolate-dipped end, into the chocolate puddles.
  • Twist the stick to fully coat the end in the melted chocolate. Repeat with all 16 sticks before placing your 8 mini eggs onto half the puddles.
  • Sprinkle the Mini Egg ‘confetti’ over the top, then set aside in a cool place or in the fridge until set.
