Choose 8-10 different varieties of chocolate and chop each one into smallish chunks, taking care not to mix them up. Place each one into a numbered cup or bowl (make sure you have enough chocolate to allow each person participating in the game to have two or three small chunks).
As the game’s organiser, you will also need to make sure you make a note of which chocolate you have put in each numbered cup or bowl.
Next provide players with a list of the names of the 8-10 chocolate brands they are about to taste. Each player has to taste the chocolate and see if they can work out which brand name belongs to which numbered chocolate sample.
To make the game more difficult, scrape away any evidence of the brand or pattern sometimes imprinted on the chocolate.
