1941-1980 The mid-20th Century saw much growth and change in the business with post-war re-organisation, a merger with drinks company Schweppes and the rise and rise of TV advertising.

1981-Present In the last thirty years Cadbury has become the world’s No 1 confectionery company. The business has also given renewed emphasis to environmental issues and corporate responsibility.
