CADBURY DAIRY MILK PROMOTION IN CO-OP


FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Entries open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Cadbury Trebor Bassett, their agents and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion..
  2. No Purchase Necessary.
  3. Entries are limited to once per person per day.
  4. Text TRUCKS to 68600 to enter.  Texts will be charged at your standard network rate, typically 10p - 12p. Please note that these texts may not be included in any 'text inclusive' packages. Cadbury Trebor Bassett takes no responsibility for texts delayed or undelivered due to network problems or for any other reason.
  5. Closing date for entries is midnight, 11th May 2008.
  6. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified via the text number used for entry within ten days of the closing date. The first winner drawn will receive will receive the major prize of the trip to New York. The four next consecutive names drawn will win Ferrari track days.
  7. The winners only will be notified by text message on 12th May 2008. Winners will receive a telephone call to the mobile number they entered the promotion from, within 7 (seven) days of 12th May 2008 to finalise the details of the prize won.
  8. After initial contact, winners will be contacted further within ten days to make full prize arrangements
  9. Major Prize – there is one major prize package:
    1 x 5 night trip to New York for 2 people, details as follows:
    • Return Economy flights – London / New York
    • Return private transfers – Airport / Hotel
    • 5 nights – 5* hotel accommodation (Sharing a standard twin / double room – room only)
    • Stays must include a Saturday night
    • Top priced tickets to a Broadway show of your choice
    • £500 Spending money
    • Travel excludes Christmas, Easter, and bank holidays.
    • All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability valid until 12th May 2009. Each person travelling is responsible for obtaining their own passport and visa, and ensuring it is valid for at least 6 months after the date of their holiday.
    • Transport between home and the airport/prize destination is the responsibility of the prizewinner, unless otherwise stated.
    • Each person travelling is responsible for getting to the designated location at the allotted time and to allow sufficient time for check-in and security checks, if appropriate.
    • No responsibility can be accepted for hotels / tours / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended.  In the event of this, we will endeavor to offer a suitable alternative.
    • A comprehensive insurance policy will be sent to winners. Each person travelling must comply with this insurance. If for example one of the persons travelling has an ongoing illness it is likely they will need to get insured from another recommended insurer. We would contribute towards the cost of this insurance up to the amount of the standard insurance and winner would need to pay the amount above this. If a prize winner cannot find any suitable insurance, they can be covered under the standard insurance policy, but the cover would exclude anything relating to their ongoing illness.
    • Any amendments made by the prizewinner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges payable by the prizewinner
  10. Runner-Up Prizes – there are a total of 4 runner-up prizes:
    4 x driving experiences for one person, drivers must hold a valid UK driving licence.
    • Briefing from a qualified instructor
    • Hot hatch saloon practice laps
    • 4 laps in a Ferrari F308, F355 or F360
    • 4 hour duration
  11. The prizes are as specified and no cash or other alternatives are available. Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes must be taken by the winners in person.
  12. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide similar substitutes of equal or greater value.
  13. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
  14. A list of prize winners and their counties will be available after the promotion has ended by sending a SAE to: Cadbury Dairy Milk Co-op Promotion, Motivcom PLC, Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LY.
  15. The winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity resulting from this promotion.
  16. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect on the participant of any such failure.
  17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered as a result of taking a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Entry into the prize draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
