Sales Executive Recruitment Process

We work together to create brands people love, by recruiting great people and continuously improving their capabilities, creativity and commitment.

Our recruitment process starts with your online application, where you will be asked to complete some personal details and attach your CV.

Once the closing date has passed, we will shortlist your application to see if yours is one of the best applications against our screening criteria. These criteria are detailed in the job description.

If you are a short listed candidate you will be contacted by one of our team to participate in a telephone interview.

If your telephone interview impresses our line managers, you will be invited to an assessment centre.

The assessment centre will involve two exercises:
1) Criteria Based Interview
2) Fact Find Exercise, where you will be required to:
 - Ask questions to obtain information
 - Analyse market and product data
 - Sell a product to an assessor

If you are successful at the assessment centre, you will be invited to spend half a day with one of our 'Sales Executives' for the final stage of the assessment process.
